Large Antique 19th C. Chinese Earthenware Planter on a Stand
This is a very decorative antique Chinese planter on a stand.
The decoration is of two dragons chasing a flaming pearl in a slipware technique.
The earthenware green/brown and slipware pot started it's use as a egg pot/jar, but now they are
sought after as planter over pots.
The inside is glazed in a turquoise lead glaze.
The measurements of the planter are: 48cm in height - 52cm in width.
